At Superior Smiles, we usually recommend you bring your child to our clinic on their first birthday, preferably accompanying parents or siblings on their appointment. Inform us early so we can allocate time for a ride in the chair or familiarise them with the surroundings and our dentists, without any cost, of course. The first scheduled examination is recommended no later than 3 years old. It includes an oral examination and polish. Preliminary orthodontist checks will be part of their examination (3-5 years old) to review and discuss myo-functional issues that require ENT and multidisciplinary intervention. Our friendly dentists also take this opportunity to guide you on oral hygiene practices and healthy eating habits, recommending age-appropriate products and techniques to maintain oral health at home.
