Payment Plan Options

Our payment plan options include:
CDBS (Children’s Dental Benefits Schedule)
Get access to basic dental care for children under CDBS. It covers treatments like teeth cleaning, extraction, fillings, root canals, fissure sealants and X-rays to help maintain and improve your child’s oral health. You can avail CDBS benefits over 2 calendar years, which begins when a child gets their first dental treatment. The amount can be used at once or spread across 2 years.
Your child may be eligible for CDBS if:
- They are under 17 years of age
- Eligible for Medicare
- A parent or child receives a payment from the Government at least once a year

Afterpay
Get your dental procedure done now and pay later in 4 easy instalments with Afterpay! The instalments are spread out over 6 weeks and are interest-free. There are no hidden fees as long as you make your payments on time. Get your dental work done, pay the first instalment, and split the rest at your convenience.
You may be eligible for Afterpay if you:
- Are over 18 years old
- Have a valid email address and phone number
- Have a valid payment method
Simply download the Afterpay app, sign up, and scan the barcode in the app to check your limit. Get your dental treatment and show your barcode at our reception when it’s time to pay. The first instalment will be deducted; you can pay the rest later. This gives you greater flexibility and convenience in managing your oral healthcare expenses and accessing the dental treatments you need while spreading out the cost over time.
Zip
Zip payment plans allow you to pay for both minor and more extensive dental procedures with interest-free payment options! Use Zip Pay for payments up to $1000 and Zip Money for treatments up to $30,000. Get your dental treatment, pay with Zip and repay with flexible repayment plans at no Interest.
You may be eligible for Zip if you:
- Are over 18 years old
- Are an Australian citizen or a permanent resident
- Have a valid email address, phone number, bank account and good credit history.
All you need to do is sign up for a Zip account online, and once approved, you’ll be given a credit limit based on your information. When you're ready to pay for dental services, simply choose Zip Pay as your payment method at checkout. You can use it to pay for part of your payment and cover the rest in manageable instalments.
Humm
The National Dental Plan (NDP), powered by Humm, allows you to spread the cost of your dental treatment over affordable, interest-free payments and get the smile you deserve. You can defer costs up to $12,000 and pay at your own pace. Our flexible plans let you split your repayments over up to 24 months, with maximum monthly fees capped at $8.
You may be eligible for Humm if:
- You are over 18 years old
- Are an Australian citizen or a permanent resident
- Have a permanent job of 20+ hours per week or are on an aged or veteran’s pension and have a valid phone number

Supercare
Supercare allows you to pay for your or your family’s treatment with the Superannuation Early Release Program (ERS). It can be utilised for many dental surgical procedures, including orthodontics, implants, root canals, crowns, periodontal treatment, and oral and maxillofacial surgery, with the option of covering full or partial costs.
You may be eligible for Supercare if you:
- Don’t have appropriate or adequate private health insurance.
- Are facing limitations in accessing sufficient funds.
- Have at least one family member with Superannuation funds.
To avail Supercare payments, submit an application on their website with details about the treatment needed, estimated costs, and supporting documentation. Once approved, the funds are transferred directly to your preferred dental clinic to cover the cost of the approved treatment.

Eligible children are entitled to receive up to $1,000 in benefits over a two-calendar-year period.
You can check your child's eligibility online if your Medicare online account is linked to myGov.
All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.
Afterpay is a separate payment option and is not linked to dental insurance. Check with your insurance provider for their payment policies.
You can choose ZIP Pay at checkout and enjoy flexible repayments. The total cost is divided into weekly, fortnightly, or monthly instalments.
Applications take around 5 minutes to complete. Make sure you have your online banking login details, proof of identity and employment information handy to help with a speedy application process. Most applications are decided within the same business day. However, applications submitted on weekends or that require further information may take longer.
The application process is simple, efficient, and only takes a few minutes. Before you start, all you need is a bank account or credit card, and you must meet the eligibility criteria:
- 18+ yrs, Australian citizen/permanent resident with a driver’s licence
- Employed/self-employed 30+ hrs/wk or Aged/Veteran pensioner
You can apply directly through the Humm mobile app or reception at your dental clinic.
Payments are made fortnightly and are set up to be debited directly from your nominated bank account or credit card.
Individuals need to initiate the ERS application process through SuperCare's platform. The process involves specific documentation and approval from the Department of Human Services.
SuperCare operates as an Early Release of Superannuation without interest charges. However, administrative fees may apply.
